From caution to creation.
A nonprofit hospice leadership council. Ten sessions across two phases.
They started where careful organizations start. Patient information, families at the hardest point in their lives, and an honest question about whether any of this belonged near that work.
They finished building their own agents inside their enterprise system.
The turn came in the middle, when their chief development officer got it writing in her own voice. Once the room saw the tool could sound like them instead of like a machine, the caution turned into curiosity.
The council extended into a second phase and referred us to their national association.
